Fachin e tragedia de Euripedes

A distância cultural nos separa no momento em que nascemos, e assim nos distancia na beleza clássica para interpretar a tragicomédia do TSE na fala do Ministro Fachin.

SIMBOLOGIA DO SACRIFÍCIO DE UM MINISTRO

O TSE trouxe para o julgamento do registro da candidatura de Lula “o encarcerado”, a forma artística do trágico e assim – na fala do coadjuvante Fachin, criar um mundo real pra ele, entregando-nos – na busca da verdade dele(Fachin), um pálido reflexo de um Brasil Menor. Como prefiguração e preparação da transformação do real seria producente que a assessoria do Tribunal pudesse colocar na cabeça do Ministro – e assim lá permanecer durante a sua fala neste rito, um cesto contendo guloseimas na forma da serpente que dialoga com Eva no Éden, e porque não, um grande falo com dizeres das melhores marcas de cachaças.

Não é difícil determinar a falta trágica por ele cometida. Ele entrega seu personagem ao sacrifício num ato monstruoso, que nas próximas décadas será analisada com detalhes por conta de sua fala/tese/voto.

Para compensar a perda da beleza imagética de sua fala/voto no texto opinativo da ONU sobre a condenação do mequetrefe, o ministro apela para o patético na tentativa de manter uma estética trágica.

Fachin desenvolve um realidade que está no mundo do xeol. Ele dá realce a essa realidade e reduz a fala do relator/protagonista, criando uma situação exasperadora para as eleições no país. É visível o esforço – no seu texto, fazer parecer natural mediante – creio eu, o absurdo da motivação a que nos apresenta para dizer sim ao pleito do encarcerado.

Assim como Eurípedes, ele desenvolve um jogo cênico numa realidade imaginal que destoa da realidade da vida política.

Como poeta, escritor e artista visual, quero lhe parabenizar. Fizeste(Fachin), por um trágico momento, fazer aparecer o que era invisível: oferecer um modelo a não ser seguido pelos demais colegas do pleno. No entanto, com este novo tipo de discurso e pela sua mentalidade decorrente de apresentar o supra real no processo, novos militantes do direito – e os atuais, irão começar buscar a verdade em outras searas de organismos transnacionais.

Fachin nos proporcionou um clássico grego ao assumir uma posição “nobre” com seu sacrifício e contribuir para a gloria do judiciário frente ao comitê dos direitos humanos civis e políticos da ONU. Definitivamente, uma tragédia foi revisitada pelo TSE no julgamento de Lula/mequetrefe.

SYMBOLISM OF THE SACRIFICE OF A MINISTER 

The cultural distance separates us from the moment we are born, and thus distances us in the classical beauty to interpret the tragicomedy of the TSE in the speech of Minister Fachin.

As a poet, writer and visual artist, I want to congratulate you. You did (Fachin), for a tragic moment, to show what was invisible: to offer a model not to be followed by the other members of the full. However, with this new type of speech and its mentality arising from presenting the supra real in the process, new militants of the law – and the current ones, will begin to seek the truth in other fields of transnational organisms.

Fachin provided us with a Greek classic by taking a "noble" position with his sacrifice and contributing to the glory of the judiciary against the UN civil and political Human Rights Committee. Definitely, a tragedy was revisited by the TSE in the trial of Lula/squirt.
